Myticas, LLC is currently seeking Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with our direct client based in North Chicago, IL.

Primary responsibilities
- Listen to and support our customers’ needs, with an ability to translate these needs to accurate requirements
- Analyze new technical opportunities and proposed system changes; identify, understand, and communicate impacts and risks of different approaches
- Analyze existing data sets and accurately convey what you are seeing to different audiences, based on level of understanding
- Assist in development of business cases for new projects and initiatives; identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
- Create and maintain ad hoc and living system documentation to ensure a robust, shared internal knowledge base on our supported applications
- Elicit, create, and edit agile user stories, requirements specifications, business processes and design documents
- Write, coordinate, and execute testing on initiatives and required changes, to ensure business acceptance criteria are met
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with pision and corporate guidelines
