The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Change Management/Business Process Expert who would be interested in a contract opportunity offered within the Lake County, IL region.
Job Summary:
- Reviews, analyzes, and updates business systems Policies and Procedures.
- Collabrorate with Financial Shared Service (FSS) Change Management team on Sites activities with training and other related change management activities.
- Role mappings for sites users for deployments.
- Support for post deployment hyper care activities.
- Collaborate with L-AGN site resources to address actions required to resolve change impacts
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Documentation skills
- End to End user testing skills
