Responsibilities: As a Cloud/Security Project Manager, you will play a critical role in our clients' cloud migration projects and IT security initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. IT Security Consulting:
    • Review, analyze, and apply federal and security policies.
    • Implement System IT Security Certification & Accreditation processes.
    • Develop and update IT Security documentation, including threat assessments, risk assessments, and security incident management procedures.
  2. Cloud Migrations:
    • Lead and support cloud migration projects for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to cloud-based solutions.
    • Work on workload migration and modernization initiatives, optimizing performance and security.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute cloud migrations.
  3. Reports and Documentation:
    • Develop various reports, including concepts of operation, risk assessments, and IT security threat briefings.
    • Create Enterprise Implementation Plans using Gantt charts.
  4. Program and Project Management:
    • Provide high-level leadership across complex cross-organizational programs.
    • Manage enterprise cloud deployments, transformations, and migrations with budgets of $5 million plus
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.
  5. IT Security Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with federal and industry-specific security standards.
    • Implement and enforce security best practices.
    • Conduct security audits and assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and security policies.
  • Experience with cloud migrations and IT security consulting.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of security compliance standards such as SOC2 and PCI.
  • Agile and SDLC experience.
  • Resource capacity planning expertise.

Education and Professional Development:

  • PMP Certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Bachelors Degree
