The Myticas team is seeking a Director of Salesforce and Marketing Solutions. This role involves managing multiple teams of managers, analysts, and developers, while overseeing vendor relationships. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee teams including project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that support business objectives and facilitate change management processes.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with executives and department heads in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to align initiatives.
  • Employee Development: Mentor team members, fostering career growth and addressing performance issues proactively.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage vendor performance, review statements of work (SOWs), and oversee the selection of new vendors.
  • Project Management: Apply traditional and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate project status updates, including performance metrics and issue tracking.
  • Facilitation: Lead meetings to gather requirements and define project goals, resolving conflicts as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years managing technical teams, with a focus on hiring, developing, and performance management.
  • Salesforce Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including implementation and integration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: One or more Salesforce certifications.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations with platforms like Workday and NetSuite.
  • Tools Experience: Proficient in Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
  • M&A Experience: Background in integrating companies during mergers and acquisitions.
