Our client is seeking an E-commerce Sales Analyst who will leverage advanced data insights to drive online sales growth. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing strategic decision-making, increasing visibility into performance trends, and identifying growth opportunities across DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and Retail.com accounts. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Demonstrate the Core Values of our client in the daily execution of tasks and interactions with others.

Gather, review, and analyze e-commerce channel data using data analytics tools, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics.

Build and maintain accurate, data-driven monthly forecasts for channel accounts with oversight from the E-commerce Director.

Aid in strategic decision-making by analyzing key e-commerce growth drivers and digital advertising performance.

Own and manage assigned e-commerce accounts.

Implement and analyze weekly promotions across marketplace retailers.

Manage partner relationships for third-party analytical tools, such as category share and retail price tracking software.

Provide sales and margin insights by trade partner/platform.

Develop enhanced reporting resources to improve sales team capabilities.

Present business updates to the leadership team as needed.

Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

Support the Sales team in achieving shared goals and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

Extensive knowledge of sales, financial, and digital marketing analytics.

Experience working with online marketplace retailers is highly preferred (e.g., Amazon 3P, Target Plus, Walmart 3P, etc.).

Familiarity with e-commerce go-to-market strategies.

Proficiency in Power BI.

Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

Strong financial acumen.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Resourcefulness in identifying and leveraging new tools and platforms.

Experience with A/B testing and developing success metrics.

Familiarity with industry technology systems for data gathering and problem-solving.

Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our office located in Grand Rapids, MI. The remaining workdays can be completed remotely, offering a flexible balance between in-office collaboration and remote work convenience.
