Title: Operations/Analytical Support
Location: North Chicago, IL- 60085
Duration: 6 Months+ Contract (High Possibility of Extension)
Job Responsibilities:
This is not a BSA role. This is an Operations Support/Analytical Support.
- Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts.
- Duties will include: tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management.
- This role follows ServiceNow logic. Provide level one support to our global clients. Monitoring service tickets and trouble shoot systems.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Degree not required but highlight customer facing. Must have previous customer support role.
• Must have 2+ years’ experience in specific programs or processes pertinent to the customer.
• Minimum supervision required.
• Supporting BTS/IT on boarding of contractors and employees using Pathways and ServiceNow.
• Corporate experience a plus
• Communication skills
• Previous customer facing skills/ in person and over the phone
• Willingness to drive to find root causes.
• Ability to be agile and work in a face paced environment
• Operational support and improvement
