  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various Systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing Application Systems, Networks, Security, and application migrations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our client and external partners, including System Integrators and Vendors, fostering productive relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Oversee end-to-end project implementations, integrations, and upgrades, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Cultivate strong and positive relationships with Vendors, Stakeholders, and Clients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey project deliverables, resolve conflicts, and align stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Develop and evaluate project schedules, monitoring progress and identifying areas for optimization to drive efficiency and meet project milestones.
  • Compile and execute proposals, presentations, and RFP responses, showcasing the value proposition and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Utilize bilingual proficiency (French/English) to enhance communication and collaboration in multicultural environments (if applicable).


  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field], or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8-10+ years of demonstrated success in project management, with a focus on IT/IS projects at the senior level.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end project implementations, integrations, and upgrades, delivering tangible results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate positive partnerships with Vendors, Stakeholders, and Clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for articulating complex concepts and influencing stakeholders towards consensus.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing project plans, managing budgets, and utilizing various procurement vehicles (e.g., RFPs).
  • Experience in schedule development and evaluation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in compiling and presenting proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered an asset, enhancing communication capabilities in diverse environments.
