Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Contractor for a short-term engagement. The contractor will evaluate the client's current HR and Payroll processes within their SAP system. The role includes conducting workshops with the client and producing a written deliverable summarizing findings and recommendations. This position is part of a poader team reviewing multiple functional areas, including FI, P2P, OTC, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the client's current HR and Payroll processes within their SAP system.
  • Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to gather insights and understand existing processes and controls.
  • Outline and recommend process improvements for HR and Payroll functions.
  • Generate a comprehensive written deliverable summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the poader review team covering other functional areas such as FI, P2P, OTC, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SAP HR and Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll process controls within an SAP environment.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to generate clear and concise written deliverables.
  • Experience working as part of a larger team reviewing multiple functional areas.
