The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Business Integration Project Manager for a critical 6-month contract role located in Quebec, Canada.

The ideal candidate will lead the strategic integration of acquired business units into our client’s corporate framework, possessing a proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating acquired business units into our corporate structure.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the integration process, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide hands-on, client-facing leadership in managing technical and enterprise-wide IT programs and infrastructure services.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business divisions, IT teams, and management to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as AGILE, SCRUM and ITIL to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain a stringent focus on reducing budget overruns while adhering to project timelines, charters, and scopes.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication channels to deliver complex technology solutions and achieve project goals.
  • Analyze business needs and requirements to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget constraints.
  • Leverage expertise in ITIL-based service delivery models, remote management, and onsite/offshore project delivery operations.
  • Specialize in integration, business, infrastructure, software and IMS implementation to align IT projects with business objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business integration within the finance or insurance sector, preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale integration projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of finance, risk, and regulatory programs within the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Experience with IT project management tools and software.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
