We are seeking a Senior Consultant to take on the role of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management Lead for BCLC's Payroll Modernization project. This role focuses on the implementation and management of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (EC Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client workshops to design and configure EC Time Management solutions.
- Develop workshop approaches and content for EC Time Management design sessions.
- Plan and execute configurations, interfaces, replications, and reporting within EC Time Management.
- Lead the point-to-point integration setup for EC to ECP, specifically for time infotypes (2001, 2003, 2010).
- Manage and coach the Deloitte EC implementation team.
- Provide clarity on issue management, status reporting, and escalation processes.
- Prepare and give visibility on sprint scheduling, execution, and progress tracking for EC Time.
- Coordinate with other workstream leads to ensure solutions follow best practices and meet client expectations.
- Conduct impact analysis, system reviews, and configuration updates as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Certification: SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
- Experience:
- Canadian implementation experience in SuccessFactors EC Time Management (required).
- Preferred experience with Employee Central.
- Proven experience leading teams and working directly with clients.
