Location: Remote
Client: Clover Consulting (a Myticas Company) has a direct client in Grand Rapids, MI
Contract: 6+ months, with extensions likely (up to 3 years)

About the Team

This energized and creative team is responsible for promoting products and building brand awareness through social media campaigns across the U.S., Canada, and the Dominican Republic. With a customer-centric approach, the team creates positive first impressions of the company’s health and beauty products, fostering community and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on social media channel execution, including:

  • Analyzing and recommending content for deployment on paid channels.
  • Collaborating with an agency partner to plan, develop, and manage original and creator-driven content.
  • Coordinating new product launches and managing content creation for key campaigns.
  • Utilizing social media analytics to guide strategy and optimize performance.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support social media activations across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team and agency partners to develop editorial calendars, plan product launch campaigns, manage content creator programs, and generate campaign analytics and reports.
  • Use Sprinklr to review and analyze data, helping inform content decisions and track channel performance.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and new product launches.
  • Assist with daily operations, including editorial calendar reviews, content creator assessments, purchase order (PO) creation, and product ordering.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Corporate or agency experience managing brand or corporate social media pages.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply social analytics to drive performance.
  • Proficiency in Sprinklr.
  • Strong understanding of social content creators and influencer collaboration.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new and innovative ideas for social media strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
