The Myticas team is in search of a Sr Business Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA to work closely with the business, analytic and IT teams to support the design, develop, and maintenance of the client’s analytical environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with FedNow, Fedline, Real Time Payments, and Virtual Card
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Full life-cycle experience (design through delivery and support)
- Data warehousing and/or Data Lake experience in Healthcare or Financial Services industry
- 7-12 years of working SQL knowledge, query authoring and working with relational databases
- Project Management and Release Management experience a plus
- Troubleshooting/problem solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with IT, architect, and engineer solutions to provide Business Analysis and requirements documentation to support business needs.
- Produce use cases/test cases for data sourcing, consolidation, and transformation for the analytics organizations.
- Produce and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, user task analysis, wire framing, usability testing, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.
- Make sure the correct data is available in the designated data repository
- Make sure that there is an integration path between source and target data which includes multiple data sources.
- Secure compliance for required standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project lifecycle.
- lead support in various aspects of requirements testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects are realized and completing analysis of the results tying back to customer impacts.
- Engage in the full software development life cycle by actively taking a lead role on agile scrum teams in various roles, including, but not limited to, Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface designer, Capability Manager, or Tester based upon the experience needed.
