Myticas, LLC is currently seeking a Sr. Campus Recruiter for a contract position with our direct client based in Chicago, IL (Remote During Covid-19).

Job Summary:

Establish College and University recruiting strategy that ensures alignment and focus with the Bank's strategies including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Build strategic alliances with Colleges and Universities, the Bank's DEI community, and the Recruiting team. The role will be responsible for building a robust Internship program that creates a talent pipeline for entry level and professional roles. The level of work required is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision. This job does not have any direct reports

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement campus recruitment strategies, processes, policies and recruitment branding initiatives
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment relationships with external stakeholders including college/university administrators, diversity partner organizations, and student groups/organizations to develop talent pipelines and targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Establish goals, metrics, and reporting on campus recruitment strategies
  • Represent the Bank at recruitment events including national/local conferences, panel discussions, business area presentations, and meetings with senior leaders
  • Collaborate on full cycle recruitment process for student candidates including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage, guide, and set policies for internship program
  • Organize and oversee intern events
  • Establish goals, metrics, and reporting to monitor the success of the internship program and contribution to Bank's DEI and Recruiting strategies
  • Engage Bank stakeholders to ensure Bank wide support and participation

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years professional work experience in related discipline

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong project management skills to own and drive client engagements
  • Strong independent thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Strong ability to build relationships with a diverse client base
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience using a web-based applicant tracking system
  • Strong ability to assess client needs and recommend staffing solutions
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
