Clover Consulting (a Myticas Company) is partnering with a large, direct client to hire a skilled Salesforce Commerce Lead. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation and integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, driving enhancements to the company’s digital presence and improving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce platforms and experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple teams within a matrixed organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) features of Salesforce Commerce Cloud to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with Salesforce Preferred Partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Oversee content migration from current platforms to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Ensure the new platform supports both B2C and B2B customers, delivering a seamless user experience.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features, tools, and best practices to maximize the platform's potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce scripting languages (e.g., ISML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working within agile frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to eCommerce platforms.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification(s) is highly preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience optimizing website performance and improving user experience (UX).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies for improving search rankings.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and techniques for connecting Salesforce Commerce Cloud with ERP systems.
- Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Magento, Shopify, and Drupal.
