The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager who would be interested in a long-term contract opportunity offered within the Mettawa, Illinois region.

The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional business and IT teams to manage the business requirements, manage multiple workstreams such as integration with SFMC/SFMC build/End-to-End testing, work with SI partner to manage the SFMC implementation, track project deliverables/issues/milestones & publish status report, etc. to lead the delivery of omni-channel campaigns in SFMC platform.

The candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills. ?The candidate must have prior experience in leading the implementation of SFMC platform.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • SFMC – Experience with digital marketing.
  • Salesforce Certification
  • Exp working with C Suite level stakeholders
  • Experience working on migration project – 1 mil budget plus

Must have Qualifications:

  • Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 4-6 years of PM and consulting experience on SFMC implementation projects
  • Experience in managing projects from discovery to implementation phase
  • Strong background on Salesforce Marketing cloud, journey builder, email studio, customization, integration, configuration, administration.
  • Experience working with SI partners and remote teams to lead the project
  • Agile project management and tools experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant Certification is a plus


  • Manage the implementation of SFMC based on agreed up on requirements
  • Work with Marketing managers to get the campaign requirements and consolidate the ask into the user story
  • Conduct cross team collaboration meeting and setting expectation with regards to deliverable and dependencies ?
  • Manage multiple streams of SFMC implementation.
  • Track project deliverables, issues, risks, milestones on day to day basis
  • Publish status reports to stakeholders on weekly basis
  • Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Reviews deliverables by other teams and ensure it meets the requirements.
  • Adopts and implements SLC methodology and best practices
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Collaborate between the teams to close out open items and help mitigate risks
