The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who would be interested in a long-term contract opportunity offered within the St. Louis, MO region.
We are looking for a candidate to assist our client with technical Migrations and play a key role in their efforts to migrate their systems to their SaaS-based technology platform that connects their customers. This opportunity is critical in accelerating their ability to rapidly migrate current subsidiaries and future acquisitions on a common platform.
This is a position for someone to evaluate business processes, identify needs and develop strategies to maximize opportunities. The position will work with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject experts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Engineering background preferred
- 3+ years’ experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles
- 3+ years hands-on technical experience with cloud services
- 3+ years of business analyst experience
- Experience with eCommerce front-end solutions including shopping cart and product databases
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification and methodology development
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning and organizing
- Working knowledge of Windows office systems
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Depth in various migration techniques
- Experience with Agile execution
- Experience with a distributed team
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take proper action
- Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience migrating “uncleansed” customer data using tools and automation
- Experience in the range of migration: discovery, profiling, migration, and operations technologies and tools
- Substantial exposure to application programming
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
