The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Genesys Engineer/Developer who would be interested in a contract opportunity offered within the Phoenix, Arizona region.
The candidate within this role will be required to implement, maintain, administer and support a contact center integrated with Salesforce and IWD third-party apps.
The position completes assigned work to a contact center and IWD third-party apps through configurations and/or coding.
We require a subject matter expertise (SME) with a Contact Center and IWD third-party apps and the ability to determine the best solutions to meet specific requirements.
The candidate will work closely with business partners, markets and internal customers to determine needs and requirements utilizing the appropriate apps and resources.
- Perform administration and management of telecommunications services to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and business requirements are adhered to.
- Perform administration and development on an enterprise wide multi-location contact center.
- Work with business contacts to change and implement new call flows and scripts within the call center.
- Manage company-wide dial plan design and management .
- Create and maintain telecommunication services and equipment documentation.
