Myticas's direct client, based in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a IT Project Coordinator for a 8 Months Hybrid contract position.
Hiring Manager NOTE: Local candidates to Indianapolis only, This position is a hybrid work schedule requiring the resource to work onsite, as needed by the manager with the possibility of the resource needing to transition from hybrid to full-time onsite.

As an IT Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as a key point of contact between IOT, agency partners, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and consistent progress across multiple technology initiatives. You’ll play a central role in keeping everyone aligned, informed, and confident in next steps.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ Years as a Project Coordinator or in customer-service oriented IT roles
- 5+ Years in public sector or state government IT projects (Highly Desired)
- 5+ Years in PMO environments with standardization practices (Highly Desired)
Technical Proficiency
- 5+ Years with project management tools (Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar)
- 5+ Years with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar tools (Highly Desired)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software lifecycle management (Highly Desired)
Core Competencies:
- 5+ Years managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- 5+ Years demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5+ Years with excellent written and verbal communication skills
