We are seeking a Network Verification & Test Engineer to validate the performance, reliability, and compliance of advanced networking systems. This role involves creating verification plans, executing system-level tests, automating configurations, and working with industry-standard traffic generation tools. The ideal candidate will bring a strong networking background, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to work both independently and in collaborative team settings.
Key Responsibilities

Develop system and subsystem verification matrices to ensure full coverage of all system requirements.

Coordinate and participate in system-level testing activities, including planning, execution, and reporting of results.

Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test beds to support various testing scenarios.

Execute tests using traffic generators (e.g., Spirent, IXIA, Test Center), packet capture tools (tcpdump), and performance tools (iPerf).

Validate networking features and performance across OSI layers, including TCP, UDP, IP networking, routing protocols, and network optimization techniques.

Implement and manage NETCONF and gRPC/gNMI for automated network device configuration.

Work with structured data formats such as JSON, JSON IETF, XML, YAML, PROTO, and REST APIs to support automation workflows.

Utilize Kubernetes (POD) and Docker containers for test environment setup and management.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues, ensuring timely defect identification and resolution.
Required Qualifications

Proven experience with traffic generation and analysis tools such as Spirent, IXIA, Test Center, tcpdump, and iPerf.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including OSI layers, TCP/UDP/IP protocols, routing protocols, and optimization methods.

Experience configuring and automating network devices using NETCONF and gRPC/gNMI.

Proficiency with structured data formats (JSON, XML, YAML, PROTO) and REST API integration.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python or Ansible for network automation and orchestration.

Prior experience in network verification, system integration testing, or telecom/network equipment validation.

Exposure to performance benchmarking and large-scale test environments.
