Senior Solution Architect – Salesforce Health Cloud

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the assessment and remediation of a Salesforce Sales Cloud/Health Cloud data model for a healthcare-focused initiative.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce architecture expertise, strong knowledge of Agentforce Health / Health Cloud, and a proven track record of redesigning enterprise data models and integrations within complex healthcare environments. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to develop a scalable target-state architecture while minimizing disruption to active operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing Sales Cloud/Health Cloud data model, identifying schema inefficiencies, structural bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and document the target-state solution architecture leveraging Agentforce Health / Health Cloud to support complex healthcare data flows and business requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders and implementation teams to realign Salesforce objects, relationships, data structures, and governance policies.
• Define integration patterns, data transformation rules, and remediation strategies that enable seamless migration and restructuring without disrupting active business operations.
• Develop clear architectural documentation, data-model recommendations, and implementation guidance for technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level architectural leadership throughout the assessment, design, and remediation planning process.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with significant expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud / Agentforce Health.
• Demonstrated experience executing data model remediation, object model redesign, and enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and supporting healthcare technology integrations and complex enterprise data flows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Knowledge of healthcare data and Salesforce standards, including EHR/EMR integration patterns and Person Accounts.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object relationships, integration patterns, and data governance.
• Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and architectural documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, practical architecture recommendations.
