Required Qualifications/Experience:

This role involves writing original content, coordinating with external writing agencies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, and maintaining brand consistency throughout all materials. The specialist will support SEO initiatives by updating and optimizing website copy for improved visibility and user experience, leveraging AI/LLM tools where appropriate. Additional responsibilities include developing copy for paid advertising campaigns (social and search), contributing to email marketing efforts, and supporting translation of new and existing content from English to Canadian French (Quebec French).

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Coordinate with external writing agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of outsourced content.
• Update and optimize website content for SEO and user experience, in collaboration with the SEO team.
• Utilize AI/LLM tools to assist with content refresh and keyword integration.
• Develop ad copy for paid social and search campaigns.
• Support email marketing campaigns with engaging and brand-consistent copy.
• Translate or review translations of marketing content from English to Canadian French (Quebec French) to maintain accuracy and tone.
