Myticas's direct client, based in Riverwoods, IL, is seeking a Senior Marketing Copywriter-Tax Research for a 100% Remote contract position.

NOTE: W2 Only!

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B or B2B2C environment (fintech or professional services experience a plus).

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences, mediums, and contexts.
  • strong portfolio showcasing persuasive and impactful messaging across multiple formats and campaigns.
  • Experience simplifying complex, technical topics into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand language.
  • collaborative spirit—you work seamlessly with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to help shape the voice of our brand and create marketing that truly connects with tax and accounting professionals. This role is all about turning complexity into clarity and crafting compelling stories that drive engagement and results across channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Create compelling, on-brand copy across channels—website, email, social, ads, video scripts, whitepapers, and product marketing materials—that connects with tax and accounting professionals across all firm sizes and drives results.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Translate complex product features and industry topics into clear, engaging stories that resonate with our audience and make our value instantly understandable.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and campaign copy that reinforce our pillars of speed, accuracy, trust, and integration.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand across all content.
  • Stay ahead of industry and market trends to keep content relevant and authoritative.
