Myticas Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist for a long-term one of our clients in the Finance sector.. The consultant will support complex initiatives within the ITS portfolio, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities across assigned IT or business initiatives.

  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Prepare executive-level documentation, reports, dashboards, and communications.

  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making forums.

  • Ensure project governance and compliance with client  frameworks and methodologies.

  • Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams as required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within enterprise or public-sector environments.

  • Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects in structured PMO environments.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive-reporting skills.

  • Proven ability to manage risks, issues, scope, and timelines in complex technical or business projects.

  • Solid understanding of project governance and best practices.

  • Must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (minimum 5 years of Canadian residency).
