Our Health Sector Client is undertaking a multi-year SAP S/4HANA Modernization Program.
The organization currently operates on SAP ECC supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Facilities, and Human Capital Management. The objective is to transition to a cloud-based SAP S/4HANA environment efficiently and without disruption to business operations.
We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join the modernization program team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors

Lead risk identification, mitigation, and governance

Manage program budgets and timelines

Prepare executive-level reporting and steering committee materials
-
Oversee change management and stakeholder engagement
-
Drive alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR functions
Required Experience

10+ years managing complex enterprise ERP programs

Proven SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation experience

Experience managing large teams (50+ resources)

Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification preferred

Experience with Microsoft Project Professional / MSPO an asset

Experience in regulated or unionized environments an asset
