Our client is seeking a Guidewire Integration Lead to support a digital and integrations scrum team for a major insurance implementation. This role combines hands-on integration development, defect resolution, and scrum leadership responsibilities, working closely with both client stakeholders and offshore development teams.

The successful candidate will act as a technical integration lead and scrum facilitator, ensuring integration defects are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong coordination between the client team and offshore resources.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve integration defects logged and assigned by the client within the Guidewire ecosystem

  • Lead daily standups and coordinate defect allocation to offshore development teams

  • Attend client standups and provide progress updates, technical insights, and status reporting

  • Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to address integration challenges and solutions

  • Ensure timesheet accuracy, aligning hours logged internally with hours recorded in the client’s JIRA system

  • Support the Digital & Integrations Scrum team as both an integration developer and scrum lead

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues and drive resolution

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience with Guidewire integrations in insurance environments

  • Hands-on integration development and defect resolution experience

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams

  • Ability to lead standups and coordinate offshore development teams

  • Strong familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and work management

  • Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills

  • Experience working in client-facing consulting environments

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on Guidewire implementations for insurance carriers

  • Prior experience acting as Integration Lead, Technical Lead, or Scrum Master within integration teams

  • Experience working with distributed/offshore delivery teams
