Myticas is looking for a self-motivating individual to join a Lab Support Team to manage the network infrastructure and desktop support needs of the R&D lab environment, including Software tool management and maintaining the physical assets.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Working with IT Teams and lab users to ensure optimal functioning of the lab network
• Resolve lab subnet issues
• Manage and maintain the Software licenses used by the R&D team
• Optimize server resources to support the needs of the Engineering team
• Manage the lab physical asset & asset database, following best practices within the board guidelines of the Business Unit
• Assist in improving lab usage efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience with R&D Lab environment.
