Our Montreal based client, is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Delivery Lead for a long term HYBRID contract, Bilingual (French & English) –is mandatory. The consultant will drive end-to-end data migration activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will lead strategy, execution, and governance of complex data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and business readiness for go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute data migration strategy (scope, extraction, transformation, mock loads, and cutover)
- Lead cross-functional teams (functional + technical) to deliver migration activities
- Establish and enforce data governance, mapping rules, and validation protocols
- Act as the primary liaison between business and IT stakeholders
- Identify risks in ETL processes and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure data is fit-for-purpose and aligned with S/4HANA requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (French & English) – mandatory
- 8+ years SAP experience, including 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in a leadership role
- Strong expertise with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit)
- Solid understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and data dependencies
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience in large enterprise or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to complex legacy system transformations
