About the position:
The Project Manager will play a key role in the Toronto Industrial Operations Program, focused on delivering new Quality applications across the Global Business Unit. This includes implementation efforts related to the OneLIMS platform, specifically the Raw Materials module, Product Testing, and QC Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for digital solution implementations
- Drive timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones
- Support the rollout and integration of OneLIMS across relevant functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a global program structure
- Prepare and provide presentations (a part of stakeholder management) as a part of hosting Steering Committees.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management experience, ideally within digital or systems implementation
- Experience with LIMS platforms (OneLIMS preferred) is a strong plus but not required
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
- Must have experience managing digital applications projects in a global manufacturing environment, preferred experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Another important factor is fluency in PowerPoint/visual aids.
