Drive Revenue Growth as a Dynamic Field Sales Manager – Lead, Coach, and Expand Opportunities Nationwide

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing field, outside, or quota-carrying sales teams
  • Demonstrated success coaching teams to surpass targets in complex sales settings
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, especially with senior-level executives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory and account strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in tax, accounting, audit, or related technology sectors
  • Familiarity with industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
  • Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales enablement tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • A track record of leading successful sales teams in midmarket or enterprise segments

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, industry events, and regional market activities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-changing environment
