Myticas Consulting is hiring an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to join a long-term S/4HANA transformation engagement with a major Canadian enterprise client. The role will focus on leading complex SAP data migration activities with a strong emphasis on SAP BODS, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP data conversion strategy and execution for large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Interface daily with client stakeholders including executives, project managers, and technical teams.
- Manage full data migration lifecycle: data readiness, architecture, mock loads, validation, and cutover.
- Provide technical leadership to SAP BODS development teams.
- Collaborate across modules including FI, CO, MM, EWM, PM, PPM, and HR.
- Deliver high-quality migration outputs on schedule and budget.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8–10 years in SAP MDM/Data Migration; 5+ full-cycle implementations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) for ETLV tasks.
- Solid understanding of SAP data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, IDOCs, custom programs).
- Strong experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, de-duplication, and transformation.
- Experience migrating data between SAP ECC, SAP CFIN, and SAP S/4HANA (brownfield migration).
- Knowledge of master and transactional data objects (e.g., Company Code, Legal Entity, FI/CO).
- Proficient in SQL and data quality reporting dashboards.
- Previous experience supporting data migration for clients in the Energy sector is an asset.
