Our Winnipeg client is seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative for a HYRBID long term contact opportunity,
The successful consultant will bring strong financial data knowledge, ERP migration experience, and the ability to analyze, validate, and prepare complex data sets to support a successful migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ERP data migration activities including data analysis, validation, cleansing, and preparation
- Analyze financial and project accounting data to support migration requirements
- Work with business and technical teams to review data quality, identify gaps, and resolve issues
- Assist with mapping, transformation, and construction of data for ERP migration activities
- Perform reporting and analysis using Excel, SQL, or other data analytics tools
- Support testing, reconciliation, and validation of migrated data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure migration accuracy and business alignment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting ERP data migration initiatives
- Strong financial accounting knowledge within ERP environments
- Experience with Project Accounting concepts, including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Strong data analysis and validation skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- SQL or other data analytics/reporting experience preferred
- Ability to work with large data sets and support migration readiness activities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- SAP experience (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Experience supporting finance-related ERP transformation programs
Additional Details:
- Hybrid work model based in Winnipeg
- 50–75% onsite presence required every other week
