Required Skills:
- Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external customers, vendors, and agencies
- Proficiency in performing searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings at various jurisdictional levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to meet service expectations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-energy environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking
- Familiarity with jurisdictional requirements related to document handling and filings
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform tasks onsite, adhering to company and jurisdictional protocols
