Legal Invoice Analyst

Join our team as a Legal Invoice Analyst and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of legal billing processes. As a key member of the Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence, you’ll utilize your legal knowledge to conduct quality assurance reviews, collaborate with law firm vendors, and support dispute resolution efforts. Required Skills:
- Strong legal knowledge, including familiarity with legal terminology and billing practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews

- Ability to independently assess and adjust legal invoices with precision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in legal billing audit or financial analysis

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in legal billing review, audit, or related roles
- Previous experience working with law firms or legal vendors is a plus
