Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technology Implementation Consultant to join our dedicated Professional Services team. In this crucial role, you will act as a Business Systems Analyst, collaborating closely with client technical and business teams to deliver complex, integrated software solutions tailored for financial institutions. With projects spanning 3 to 12 months or longer, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless system implementations that drive client success—all while working remotely in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical consulting skills, capable of managing multiple engagements with minimal supervision. You will guide clients through understanding their business and technical needs, assist with data mapping, configure systems for optimal performance, and recommend innovative solutions. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between client requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring smooth and successful software integrations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Implementation Consultant
- Strong understanding of software integration and technical consulting
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Experience with data mapping and system configuration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems in financial services
