Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AML operations and software utilized in financial institutions
  • Experience in requirement gathering, product documentation, and user story creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear presentation of data, procedures, and ideas
  • Proven ability to deliver software products, including end-user training and demonstrations
  • Familiarity with the project lifecycle and agile methodologies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing features using tools like Azure DevOps (TFS)
  • Ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams on ADA compliance and product design
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project 365, and Copilot

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with security findings resolution and SOC audit processes
  • Understanding of risk assessments related to third-party vendors
  • Knowledge of RITMS processes and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) reviews
  • Familiarity with OFAC list management
  • Prior experience in software delivery, including release notes and user guide preparation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product analysis, AML operations, or financial software development

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to handle occasional overtime (potential 3-10 hours) as needed
  • Flexibility to attend meetings and participate in sprint activities across diverse teams
