Our Toronto based client, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Solution Architect for a confidential enterprise client within the financial services sector.

This is a senior architecture role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce FSC solutions supporting complex banking and wealth management initiatives. The successful consultant will provide architectural leadership, collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners, and guide technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines deep Salesforce Financial Services Cloud expertise with enterprise architecture experience and strong client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Configure and customize Salesforce FSC capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise financial systems using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Platform Events
  • Middleware technologies
• Define Salesforce security architecture and platform governance.
• Establish development standards, reusable components, and coding best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure appropriate unit test coverage.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Lead production deployments, UAT, production rollout, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide architectural guidance during support.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and enterprise architects.
• Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Mentor technical team members and provide solution leadership throughout delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
• Proven experience designing enterprise Salesforce solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise applications.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Platform Events
  • Middleware platforms
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
• Experience leading architecture and development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing technical architecture documentation (HLD/LLD).

Financial Services Experience

The successful consultant should possess strong domain knowledge within one or more of the following:

• Banking
• Wealth Management
• Financial Services
