Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement complex and customized Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical architects to develop solution frameworks aligned with long-term enterprise technology strategies.
- Follow modern DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Bitbucket, and GitLab.
- Participate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize production environments, including performance issues, data integrity concerns, and application defects.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, maintainability, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in developing customized Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex Classes and Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Data Modeling
- SOQL/SOSL
- Proven experience building complex Salesforce integrations using external APIs, web services, and enterprise middleware.
- Strong understanding of source control and DevOps practices
