Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Salesforce Solution Architect to lead a fast-paced digital transformation initiativeaw.
This strategic role requires a strong combination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization expertise, Health Cloud familiarity, and deep Revenue Cloud / CPQ architecture capabilities. The architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership, architectural governance, and solution direction across a complex Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both the strategic and technical levels, working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Cloud Personalization: Provide technical architecture and advisory support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization capabilities, including customer data, segmentation, personalization, and digital engagement use cases.
- Solution Architecture: Provide high-level technical architecture design and strategic direction for Salesforce Health Cloud foundations combined with complex Revenue Cloud / CPQ and Billing transaction models.
- End-to-End Architecture: Architect integrated solutions spanning Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ/Billing, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Health Cloud Architecture: Guide architectural decisions involving healthcare-focused Salesforce capabilities, including patient/member data, Care Programs, Provider data models, and related processes.
- Revenue Cloud / CPQ: Design and govern complex Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Lifecycle Management processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, ordering, contracting, subscriptions, assets, billing, and invoicing.
- Architecture Governance: Define and enforce development guardrails, architectural standards, data models, security architectures, integration patterns, and implementation best practices.
- Technical Design Reviews: Conduct detailed technical and solution design reviews and provide recommendations to engineering and development teams.
- Engineering Guidance: Serve as a senior technical advisor, helping engineering teams resolve complex architecture and implementation challenges.
- Integration Architecture: Establish scalable integration patterns across Salesforce, EHR systems, enterprise applications, and external data sources.
- Technical Leadership: Drive architectural consistency and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, scalability requirements, security considerations, and long-term platform strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect / Solution Architect leading complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong experience designing and governing end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly personalization and customer engagement use cases.
- Deep technical expertise or significant architectural experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing architecture and transaction models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and Revenue Cloud data structures and business processes, including:

- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
