Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking four French-speaking Training Content Designers to support a Project Management Office transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials supporting a PMO transformation.
  • Create instructor-led training, workshops, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Assess existing learning assets and identify content gaps.
  • Adapt existing content to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with change management and project teams.
  • Contribute to the overall training strategy and curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing training content for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong instructional design and content-development skills.
  • Experience developing instructor-led training, workshops, and performance-support materials.
  • Ability to work onsite in Montreal two days per week.
  • Professional fluency in French.
