What You’ll Do:
- Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies
- Handle searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings at various jurisdictional levels
- Assist clients and team members with order fulfillment and problem resolution
- Demonstrate and explain service offerings, processes, and jurisdictional requirements
- Make well-informed decisions to meet client expectations
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue
- Collaborate on training initiatives to ensure mastery of products, procedures, and systems
- Challenge existing procedures by suggesting innovative improvements toward increased team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Associates degree or at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize demands effectively
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or commercial banking
- Knowledge of commercial title/abstracting processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of one year working in customer service, preferably in relevant financial or legal environments

- This position is 100% onsite
