We are seeking a skilled 5G RAN Platform Developer with a strong background in Linux to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will spearhead the design, development, and optimization of software components within the 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) platform. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance in Linux environments, while collaborating closely with diverse teams including network architects, hardware engineers, and fellow software developers.

REPSONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of critical software modules for the 5G RAN platform, focusing on Linux-based systems.
- Seamlessly integrate software components into the poader 5G RAN platform, ensuring smooth interoperability and system stability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions to optimize overall system performance.
- Take ownership of maintaining and troubleshooting the 5G RAN platform software, swiftly addressing issues to uphold system reliability.
- Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing insights and aligning on requirements to drive cohesive development efforts.
- Develop comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Produce clear and concise technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and streamline development processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages, with extensive experience developing software for Linux environments.
- Strong grasp of networking principles and protocols, particularly within wireless communication systems and 5G technology.
- Hands-on expertise with Linux development tools, liparies, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, coupled with a proactive mindset for troubleshooting and debugging.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in RAN platform development or wireless communication systems is advantageous.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
