Position Overview:
The Myticas team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll serve as a Business Analyst, Software Product Owner, and Subject Matter Expert, collaborating closely with development teams and acting as a primary contact for our clients. If you have a strong background in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, MS Dynamics), understand the lifecycle of distribution or manufacturing businesses, and enjoy working with individuals across all organizational levels, this role is a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
- Conduct gap analyses, manage backlogs, and create requirements documentation for software enhancements and new features.
- Translate specifications into user stories and use cases for development.
- Support the Development team by providing functional insights and acting as the Scrum Master for feature development.
- Collaborate with the QA team to review test plans and establish testing requirements.
Training and Support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including Functional Specifications, Workflows, Configuration Details, and Business Rules.
- Provide tier 1-3 support to clients, ensuring a positive user experience.
Core Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in roles that include Business Analysis and Software Product Ownership responsibilities.
- ERP experience, ideally as both a user and subject matter expert.
- Proven track record in analyzing, documenting, and streamlining business processes.
- Strong familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly acquire and master technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with solid project management fundamentals.
