Myticas is hiring a Help Desk Support Analyst!

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to support end users in a professional IT environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining workstations and devices, and providing first-level support for core business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot issues with software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, VPN, etc.) and hardware (PCs, printers, phones)
  • Deploy system images and perform upgrades
  • Maintain documentation and ticketing through helpdesk tools
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and provide excellent end-user support

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of help desk or desktop support experience
  • Familiarity with Windows Deployment Services, VPNs, and IT ticketing systems
  • A+ or MCP certification is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

This is a full-time opportunity with one of our trusted clients. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
