Myticas is hiring a Help Desk Support Analyst!
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to support end users in a professional IT environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining workstations and devices, and providing first-level support for core business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues with software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, VPN, etc.) and hardware (PCs, printers, phones)
- Deploy system images and perform upgrades
- Maintain documentation and ticketing through helpdesk tools
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and provide excellent end-user support
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of help desk or desktop support experience
- Familiarity with Windows Deployment Services, VPNs, and IT ticketing systems
- A+ or MCP certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
