Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and grantmaking processes to support a high-impact digital transformation initiative within their Banking Technology division.
This role is ideal for a business-oriented professional who brings strong financial services experience, paired with Salesforce consulting expertise. The selected candidate will drive actionable insights and process improvements across Salesforce platforms, enabling smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Evaluate and streamline current business processes.

Create functional specifications, business cases, and support implementation efforts.

Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Salesforce and data tools.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate findings effectively.

Support testing and project planning within Agile/Scrum environments.

Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and technology best practices.
Required Qualifications:

Mandatory: Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and grantmaking workflows.

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.

2+ years of experience in a consulting environment.

Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project tools.
