Myticas’s direct client based out of North Chicago, IL is currently seeking an Salesforce Support Engineer for an on-site – hybrid contract position.
Overall responsibilities would include:
- The Salesforce Business Analyst supports the HR Case Management application, in managing the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Analyzing business and user needs and preparing detailed business requirements, from which user stories will be written.
- Preparing status updates and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
- Testing new and updated functionality to verify that desired results are achieved.
- The Salesforce Business Analyst will prepare requirements, solution, and supporting documentation (i.e., use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, UI mock-ups)
- Provision elevated access
- Develop and maintain system-related documentation.
- Communicate case status and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills, and experience.
- Undergraduate degree
- 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst or a related role
- Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud experience (Case management, Escalations, Messaging, Omni-channels)
- Implementation of Salesforce experience (at least 2 implementations)
- Background in -agile- software development methodology highly preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM database management, specifically Salesforce
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Visio
