Myticas’s direct client based out of North Chicago, IL is currently seeking an Salesforce Support Engineer for an on-site – hybrid contract position.

Overall responsibilities would include:

  • The Salesforce Business Analyst supports the HR Case Management application, in managing the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Analyzing business and user needs and preparing detailed business requirements, from which user stories will be written.
  • Preparing status updates and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Testing new and updated functionality to verify that desired results are achieved.
  • The Salesforce Business Analyst will prepare requirements, solution, and supporting documentation (i.e., use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, UI mock-ups)
  • Provision elevated access
  • Develop and maintain system-related documentation.
  • Communicate case status and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills, and experience.
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst or a related role
  • Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud experience (Case management, Escalations, Messaging, Omni-channels)
  • Implementation of Salesforce experience (at least 2 implementations)
  • Background in -agile- software development methodology highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM database management, specifically Salesforce
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Visio
