Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a post-acquisition workforce integration project ON-SITE in Montreal. The consultant will lead change initiatives focused on people transitions (not technology), partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute change management and communication plans.

Lead stakeholder engagement, organizational design, training, and workforce transition activities.

Collaborate with leadership to guide workforce integration across business functions.

Support organizational design and HR transformation efforts.

Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure strong change adoption.
Required Skills:
-
5+ years of OCM consulting or advisory experience.

Strong experience with: change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational design, workforce strategies, HR transformation.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both French and English.

Strong project leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related fields.

Previous consulting (Big 4 or advisory firm) experience is an asset.
