Myticas direct client is seeking Trade Show Manager (100% Remote, Part-Time) for a 9+ months contract opportunity.
Work Location: 100% Remote, 20 hrs per week Part Time.
Duration: 9+ Months contract
NOTE:
Currently part time position (20 Hrs Per week) but could change depending on workload and performance.
Should have the capacity to travel, travel frequency expected once a month or every other month (domestic travel only).
TOP Skills Required:
- 5+ years of tradeshow experience.
- Ability to travel.
- Proven experience managing high volume trade show portfolios, ideally 10–20+ shows per month.
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated success working cross functionally across marketing, sales, product teams, and external partners.
- Exceptional budget oversight experience, including forecasting, reconciliation, and cost optimization.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize among competing deadlines, and seamlessly integrate into an established process.
- Bonus: Experience in the healthcare or medical technology space.

We are seeking an experienced trade show professional to provide flexible support for our tradeshow portfolio during the first half of the year.
- This contractor will help bridge staffing needs and will step in at varying levels depending on show-by-show requirements.
- This role may involve anything from full end to end show ownership to shadowing/supporting existing staff and jumping in when needed.
- Expected workload is approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of domestic travel and potential extension based on workload and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Show Execution & Support:
- Provide end to end ownership or part time support for assigned trade shows depending on need — from planning to execution to post show closeout.
- Manage or assist with logistics, booth design coordination, show services, shipping, and on site operations (as needed).
- Step in to support existing team members, acting as backup or shadow where appropriate.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, sales, product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure show deliverables align with broader business goals.
- Communicate timelines, requirements, and status updates clearly and proactively.
- Budget Management:
- Build and manage budgets for assigned shows.
- Track spend, monitor variances, and ensure financial accountability.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or vendor efficiencies.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination:
- Oversee relationships with vendors, including exhibit houses, show service providers, freight carriers, and show organizers.
- Secure quotes, manage timelines, and ensure high quality service delivery.
- Logistics & Operations:
- Ensure timely shipping, delivery, and return of show materials.
- Maintain accurate tracking across multiple shows and deadlines.
- Confirm all assets, collateral, and equipment are show ready.
