Role Overview:
We are looking for an Art Director who will bring our creative strategies and concepts to life throughout various mediums across our global brands. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Social Media Leads, Creative Project Managers, the Creative Solutions team and external agencies and creative partners to build our brands and help Business Owners attract customers.
In this role, you will use your strong design background to apply brand strategy and standards as well as design principles and best practices to holistic brand and product launch campaigns across mediums including web, social media, video, print, etc. You will have the opportunity to develop creative concepts that deliver on brand and campaign strategies, provide clear and actionable art direction to agencies, graphic artists and other creative partners across projects and on set productions; and to design and execute specific creative elements as needed. This role will provide broad exposure to a fun, fast paced, varied, collaborative, global environment and opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with focus in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or similar field of study
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in art direction, design or similar field
- A strong portfolio of professional content, with individual contributions clearly attributed per project.
- Demonstrated experience working with holistic campaigns from concept to execution
- Strong experience in digital mediums, especially social media – channels, content trends and best practices, social campaigns, etc.
- Excellent working knowledge of applied principles of graphic design, including color, composition and typography.
- Ability to solve complex problems as they relate to visual design.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Must have expert knowledge in: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in animation software: Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with motion storytelling skills and social media content creation
