Seeking a contractor with strong backend and cloud development experience, specifically with the following qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, or related field
• 5+ years of application development and testing experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices in containerized environments
• Experience building and deploying applications within Microsoft Azure
• Working knowledge of geospatial data solutions
• Eligible to obtain SF-85P Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) on Linux clusters
• Experience using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines CI/CD
• Active Microsoft Azure certification
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Experience with Microsoft Orleans
• MS SQL experience is considered an asset
